Apple App Store Users

If you downloaded RailRadar from the Apple App Store, your use of the app is governed by Apple's standard End User License Agreement (EULA).

License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these terms, RailRadar, Inc. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install, and use the RailRadar mobile application on devices you own or control.

Restrictions

You may not:

  • • Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the app
  • • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
  • • Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other notices
  • • Use the app for any unlawful purpose
  • • Distribute, sell, lease, or sublicense the app

Intellectual Property

The RailRadar app, including its design, code, content, and features, is owned by RailRadar, Inc. and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Termination

This license is effective until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by deleting the app from your device. It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term or condition of this agreement.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. RAILRADAR, INC. DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL RAILRADAR, INC. BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
